This is a video I made over a year ago when I was happily the mother of four children. After having the two little ones for almost a year - just before the adoption finalized - the state decided to return them to their birthmother (despite that fact that the baby girl didn't even know who she was). It has been nine months since they left, and it's still painful to think about them. In this video you can hear Lyci (not the name her birthmom calls her) singing, "lalalala" with me at the top of her little lungs in different parts of the song. I tried to match up pictures of her with her voice :) - there was no way I was going to be able to record the song without her singing in it somewhere...

Anyway, it's the words of the song that I want to share now - I wrote this song many years ago.... The Glory of Grace still holds true -- despite the struggles life sends our way...
